How to Apply
Admission Procedure
- Admission is granted strictly on the basis of availability of seats and the merit of the candidate.
- Application form for admission is available and can be obtained from the school office.
KG Section
For admission to LKG, the child should be 4 years on or before the first day of the academic year of the school. Admission to LKG will be granted based on an interaction with parents and the child.
For UKG, an assessment of Basic Competency may be conducted for the students. Required documents should be submitted along with the admission form.
Classes I – VIII
An assessment of Basic Competency will be conducted for students seeking admission in Classes I – VIII. The assessment may cover English and Mathematics.
Pupils coming from other schools should also submit the original Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school, along with other documents as required by the school.

Documents Required
The following documents are required to be submitted to the school at the time of admission.
- Admission forms in English, duly filled.
- Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended (for admission to Class II and onwards).
- Passport copy of the first and last page of the student.
- Passport copy of the first page of father and mother.
- Iqama copy of father, mother & student.
- Photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the student.
- Original mark list of all previous years of study.
Fee Structure
School Fees & Bus Fees
Tuition fees for the Academic Year shall be payable in three installments as given below.

The Term Fees must be paid by the 15th of August, December and April respectively. Delayed payments of the term fees may lead to a penalty/fine.

It is mandatory for all students; fees of the academic year should be paid before the beginning of the Annual Examinations. The above fee structure is exclusive of VAT @ 15%.
Community Standards
Code of Discipline
- Students must be in the school premises before the assembly. Late-coming students will wait behind the assembly and their names will be noted. Regular late-coming will be notified to parents.
- Students must come to school with lessons revised, homework done, and all required books and materials as per the timetable.
- Students should take care of personal belongings and are advised not to carry valuables to school; the school is not responsible for loss or damage.
- Children are required to communicate in English at all times, except during language classes.
- Parents and guardians are not allowed to see their children or meet teachers during school hours without prior permission from the principal.
- Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones or other electronic gadgets to school; if found, these will be confiscated.
- Children who are sick or suspected of a contagious disease should not be sent to school; parents should inform the class teacher in advance.
- Students are expected to come in a neat and clean prescribed school uniform every day.
- A student not in proper school uniform will not be allowed to attend school and will be sent home with information to the parent.
- Boys are not allowed to sport long hair or abnormal hairstyles such as step-cut, mushroom, military, or punk. Coloring and gel are strictly forbidden for both boys and girls.
- No elaborate coiffure/hairdo is permitted for girl students.
- Non-conformance will result in a strict warning; repetition may lead to suspension as determined by the School Discipline Committee.
- Wearing T-shirts, hats, sweatbands, sunglasses, and ornaments of any type is strictly forbidden. Only approved sports gear is allowed during sports activities.
It is mandatory for all students to reach school on time. Latecomers with valid reasons, accompanied by parents, will be accommodated up to the first period only. Absence for a day on valid grounds, supported by a written application the next day, is acceptable. Prior written intimation is mandatory for leave exceeding one day. Truancy is a grave offense and can result in suspension or expulsion. A student may leave school before closing time only for valid reasons, and only in the company of the father, mother, or a recognized guardian.
- Students are expected to be gentle, polite, and well-mannered; their conduct in public reflects the quality of education they receive.
- Order and silence must be maintained while moving around the premises during working hours. Running, playing, or shouting inside the school building is not allowed.
- Misbehavior with fellow students, staff, or on the school bus will be viewed extremely seriously and may result in suspension from the school bus.
- Use of foul or abusive language, disobedience towards staff, bullying, hooliganism, or disturbing class/school activity will be treated as misbehavior.
- Forming gangs or inciting indiscipline will be punished with prompt suspension, and even rustication may be administered.
- Cheating in a test/examination, or using another person’s work as one’s own, will lead to zero marks in that test/examination/assignment.
- Changing marks or grades, or forging parents’ signatures in the school diary or report card, will result in serious penalty/action.
- Stealing is considered an extremely serious offense and may lead to grave consequences, including legal action.
- Care must be taken of all school property; no student shall damage furniture, write or draw on walls, or cause harm to others or their belongings.
- Any damage should be reported at once to the class teacher and will have to be made good.
- All bus users must follow transport rules strictly to ensure safety and security; violators will not be permitted to use the school transport facility.
- Students must never put their heads, hands, or elbows beyond the protective bars of the windows, shout or pass remarks at people outside, wave at passers-by, throw things out of the bus, or speak any language other than English.
- Students must cooperate with the bus monitor and driver; unruly behavior renders a student ineligible for school transport.
- Strict disciplinary action will be taken for any misbehavior on the school bus; parents will be informed and records kept by the school.
- The decision of the School Discipline Committee is final and binding. In some cases, students may be advised to meet a counselor.
